With all that said….does it make sense to spend over two million dollars to collect one million dollars? It would be far easier to levy his bank accounts. Another issue is the reason to reduce his herd due the protection of the tortoise. How do cattle effect tortoises? Why would they shut down a tortoise protection area claiming it costs $1 million a year to run and now are going to kill them because they ran out of money. This is all being handled incredibly ineptly.
