Cops Can Legally Take Your Stuff Even If You’re Innocent

Lately, the police have used what they call “asset forfeiture” to take the implements or proceeds of crimes. This can include money, houses, cars, and much more. The problem is the cops can take it before the person has been convicted of a crime, and often can keep it even if the person isn’t convicted. John Iadarola (Think Tank) delivers his Final Judgment on asset seizure.

    1st the governement covers the whole nation fully and has its laws written and its courts covered

    2nd, in a democracy were supposed to have a say in our gouvernement
