Rep. Adam Kizinger agrees with Bob Corker but is kind of scared to say it. Cenk Uygur, the host of The Young Turks, breaks it down. Tell us what you think in the comment section below. Join TYT: https://goo.gl/v8E64M

“Republican Congressman Adam Kinzinger isn’t quite at the level of Trump criticism that Sen. Bob Corker is at, but he still thinks that President Donald Trump needs to cool down on Twitter a little.

Kinzinger told CNN’s Kate Bolduan that he’s heard from his own supporters that the President should “tone down some of the personal stuff,” and he agrees.

Corker, of course, has unloaded on Trump all day, calling him “utterly untruthful” and even stating he regrets supporting the president in the election.

Kinzinger conceded that Trump does say “untruthful” things, but he also said the president is doing some good things internationally. And he made a point of saying more than once that Corker is not running for reelection.

He took issue with some of the comments Corker has said (i.e. the path to WWIII one), but again said “the president needs to lay off some of the emotion on Twitter.”
